Motivation:
The biggest problem innovative companies face is in recruiting people with the right skill set. Our certifications are intended to certify people competent in the FOSS/OSS skill set. People who hold our certifications are a proper fit for companies in the 'web2.0' space. Our goal is that everyone who attempts the certifications should pass - and everyone who passes should either be placed, or if already placed, should be able to improve his/her prospects. So if you are an innovative company, using FOSS tools, it makes sense for you to register with us so that you can articulate your needs and contribute to the development of the certifications.
